• Qualifying for the French Championship

• Licensed/unlicensed runners from cadet (2004) upwards

• For non-licensed runners, a medical certificate or a certified copy less than one year old authorising competitive running must be produced. Licensees must present a photocopy of their valid license.

14H30 - 10 km AS Men / Women

 

• Open to athletes with a licence from the French Athletics Federation - FSGT and FF de Triathlon, 

• Qualifying for the French Championships

• Maximum time: Men 37' and Women 44' with proof of performance needed

• 15 € until 30 September

• 20 € from 1 October to 4 December

• 25 € from 5 December 

• No registrations on the day.

MANDATORY: In accordance with law 99-223 of 23 March 1999 on the protection of athletes' health and the fight against doping, in particular article 6, you must provide at registration

• For non-licensed runners: a medical certificate or a certified copy dating less than one year, of no contraindication to the practice of competitive athletics (running).

• For FFA licence holders: a photocopy of your valid licence or Pass RUNNING

• For licensees of another approved Athletics Federation (running): a photocopy of the licence
